Where can I read the Privacy Policy?
From the Home screen, select 'More', then tap on 'Privacy Policy'.
What is the 'Remove Biometrics' at the bottom of the Welcome page?
This feature provides you with the option to remove Face ID credentials from the Sign In process.
How do I enable/disable Face ID?
On the Home page select your profile icon, then toggle the Auto-Login with Face ID to turn the feature on or off.
What do I do if I forget my password?
On the Welcome screen of the mobile app tap on 'Forgot Password', then simply follow the steps to request a temporary password. When prompted to provide your email, be sure to use your email that was used to create your account.
How do I change my password?
On the Home page select your profile icon, then select Manage My Account, then tap Change password and follow the steps to complete the process.
How do you handle my personal information?
We collect customer's information because it is required by law and to help us serve you. Keep in mind we will never sell or share your personal information, except as necessary to service your account and per federal, state, and local regulations.

From the Home screen, select More, then tap on 'Terms and Conditions'.
