Can I use my virtual card to buy a gift card in the app?
If your physical card hasn't arrived yet, you can use your virtual card information to add to cashback and make gift card purchases.
After ordering my card, if I need to change my address what I am supposed to do?
It is recommended to receive your card first and then change your address. Once a card is ordered and shipped it cannot be recalled. Otherwise please contact our support for more assistance as a change of address requires a verification process.
If I don't have my original documents to sign up, can I use a copy to do the verification process?
Your documents must be original, otherwise it won't work for the registration process.
Where will my physical card be delivered?
Your physical card will be mailed to you at your address inserted during your enrollment.
