There could be a number of reasons why you haven’t received your card. If it’s been less than 2 weeks since your card was ordered, please give it a little more time.
If it’s been longer than 2 weeks and your card still hasn’t arrived, it’s usually an issue with the address. We might have the wrong address on record for your account or there could be an issue with postal delivery to your address.
