How do I report my card lost or stolen?

You can report your card lost or stolen right in the mobile app:
● Select Wallet from the menu > then choose Payment Methods
● Select Debit Card ####
● Select Replace Card

You can also report your card lost or stolen using our automated telephone banking service:
● Call +1 (814) 900-4277
● Choose the option to report your card lost or stolen, then
● Follow the prompts using your phone to enter the requested details

*Our automated phone service is in English only. If you need assistance please contact customer support.

Once you report your card lost/stolen, your card will be immediately canceled and a new card will be issued so please verify that your address on file with us is correct.

If the address is not correct, please reach out to us so that we can provide you with the next steps.

Be sure to review your transaction history to check for any unauthorized transactions. If you have transactions you don’t recognize, please contact us right away so we can start investigating.
