What happens after an IMT is cancelled by customer or Uniteller?

If Uniteller cancels the transfer, they will refund the money.

If the user cancels an IMT with the app, money will be returned immediately.

Please note that the user can only cancel a transaction when it is in "payable" state. If the transaction has been "paid" the money cannot be refunded.
