I used my phone wallet but the transaction was denied, what should I do?
Check if inserting or swiping the card works, in case you were trying tap to pay. Also try tap to pay using your card.
If that does not work, there are many reasons your card could not work: Not enough balance on the card (did you book a rental car or hotel, this reduces the balance or maybe a deposit has not arrived yet), exceeding certain system limits, or the system could think there is a fraud attempt, sometimes it is the system of the merchant and it does not forward the transaction to us.
Check your balance, deposit status, and reservations if any, failing that please contact Customer Service to inquire.
