How do I request/receive money from family and friends?

To receive money, both parties must be U.S. residents and have enrolled in the Monkey Money App.

Family and friend’s who do not have the app can download and install Monkey Money App from Google Play or the Apple Store, and sign up for a Wallet account to request funds.

To request money from family and friends, follow these steps:
  1. Select 'Send Money' on the Home page,
  2. Click on 'Receive' 
  3. Choose the member you wish to request money from.
