How do I replace a damaged card?
You can request a new card using the mobile app as follows:
● At the lower bar select Wallet > Payment Methods
● Select Debit Card ####
● Select Replace Card
If you prefer, you can request a new card by using our automated telephone banking system.
● Call +1 (814) 900-4277
● Choose the option to replace your damaged card, then
● Follow the prompts using your phone to enter the requested details
Once you request your replacement card, it will be requested immediately so please verify that your address on file with us is correct.
