How do I dispute a card transaction?

Please contact us right away if you need to dispute a card transaction. We will need the following information:


  • The date the transaction appeared on your account history

  • The amount of the transaction 

  • The amount you are disputing if different from the transaction amount

  • The transaction description

  • The reason you are disputing the transaction

  • If your card was lost or stolen, the date you noticed your card was missing.


We may request additional details from you depending on the type of transaction and the reason it’s being disputed. 


You have 60-calendar days from the statement date in which the transaction appears on your account to dispute the transaction.
