Two Important Points During Registration:
Disassociating Previous Accounts: If your mobile number and email address are already associated with Zelle through another bank, you must contact that bank to request the disassociation of your number and email. Zelle allows only one mobile number and email address to be associated with each account.
Selecting Your Bank in the App: During registration, the Zelle app will ask you to enter the name of your bank. At this point, you should type “Monkey Money”. After this, a "Don't See Your Bank" button will appear. Clicking on this button, you will need to enter your Monkey Money Card details and personal information to complete the registration.
After completing these steps, you can use the Zelle app to send money to anyone with Zelle in minutes, and all receipts via Zelle will be automatically credited to your Monkey Money account.
